ShaNah Spa & Wellness Center at the Bishop's Lodge in New Mexico is famous for its ancient Pueblo-inspired healing treatments. The spa is located in a high mountain desert, offering a peaceful natural setting. The word "ShaNah" means "vitality and energy" in Navajo.
There are six indoor treatment rooms, two outdoor private treatment gardens, an authentic Native American Teepee and a Watsu pool.
Choose from massages, body treatments and Ayurvedic healing. All sessions will begin with an optional blessing to set the intention for the healing of the body.
The fitness center at the spa offers Yoga, Pilates and aerobics.
Stay in one of the luxurious rooms at the Bishop's Lodge (from $150/night) and visit the nearby shops and cafes of Santa Fe while you are there.
